PREAMBLE

​

The Seller is a publisher of Products and Services for the customization of pop figures for customers.

​

Article 1: object

​

These General Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of Products or Services offered by the Seller.

Article 2: General provisions

​

These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of Products or services, made through the social networks of the auto-entrepreneur, and are an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the present, at any time by the publication of a new version transmitted during the quotes. The CGV applicable then are those in force on the date of the deposit of the order.

The Customer declares to have read all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and to accept them without restriction or reservation when signing the quote.

Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the auto-entrepreneur constitutes proof of all transactions.

Article 3: Price

​

The prices of the products sold through communication between the Seller and the Buyer are indicated in Euros excluding taxes. They are also indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the general tax code) in the attached estimate.

Article 4: Order

​

To place an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or hold parental authorization allowing you to place an order.

Article 5: Terms of delivery

​

Shipping costs are your responsibility. These, as well as the packaging costs, are listed in the attached quote.

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address that was indicated when ordering by La Poste in Metropolitan France and by "Happy Post" internationally. The seller declines all responsibility for possible customs fees for an international export.

Delivery times are not included in the order preparation time.

In the event of an error on the part of the customer in sending the delivery details, the Seller will decline all responsibility for the possible impossibility of delivering the package.

The Seller will also decline all responsibility for damage that may be caused during the transport of the order.

 

Article 6: Payment

Payment is made by a first installment to be sent immediately with the order.

The rest will be payable just before sending, following the transmission of the finished project. The Customer has 5 days 
to send the rest of the payment. The Seller cannot keep the order longer than this period. The Customer must therefore be able to pay the full amount due.

Pre-orders are to be paid without prior deposit, following the quote signed by the customer. An invoice and a gift voucher will then be sent by the Seller.

Payments are made via paypal or bank transfer with proof of postage. The Customer undertakes to indicate his method of payment in the exchange conversation with the Seller as soon as the order is placed.

The Customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the bank card and that he is legally entitled to use it.

Article 7: Withdrawal period

​

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal for goods made at the request of the customer or clearly personalized, the manufacture of which requires special adaptations to meet specific requirements. very precise techniques and aesthetics.

No refund or return will therefore be accepted.

Article 8: Retention of title

​

The delivered products remain the property of the LeaCustom company until full payment of the order.

Article 9: Protection of personal data

​

In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, the Seller sets up a processing of personal data which has the purpose of purpose the sale and delivery of products and services defined in this contract.

All the data present during the exchanges between the Seller and the Buyer will not be communicated to a Third Party.
